Wedding FAQs

Vanessa Jayne Design floral studio is based in hampshire but we create flowers for weddings and events across the south of England. Please get in touch to ask us any specific questions about our wedding service related to your venue.

Our wedding design service has a recommended minimum spend of £2,000 for 2024 weddings and £2,500 for 2025 weddings. This is to ensure we can get the quantity and quality of seasonal flowers required in order to create the designs you see featured across our portfolio. Your wedding flowers quote will include labour costs, hire of any glassware, structures or mechanics, silk ribbons, delivery, set up and clear down (next day).

We don’t have a pricelist as such, cost is very much dependant on what you’d like, talking into consideration the style and overall feel you’d like your flowers to have. In a nutshell, when quoting we consider the quantity of stems required for any particular design, the labour and time required to create the work and cost of any hired items such as vases, urns or pedestals. Yes, absolutely! We get to work alongside some really incredible suppliers so are more than happy to recommend people we know and trust. Suppliers we are asked about include photographers, hair and make up artists, bands, and caterers. Once you are booked in our inbox is always open, we’ll help in anyway we can.
It honestly doesn’t matter if you don’t know your rose from your hyacinth, we will happily chat you through plenty of seasonal flowers that will suit both the style you are going for and the season you are getting married in during your consultation. If you know exactly what you’d like, amazing! If you’re not at all sure, that’s ok too!

General FAQs

Yes! We love a commission, whether you’re after a bespoke dried flower cloud for your dining room or you’d like a special seasonal floral installation of some kind in your home: to celebrate halloween, Easter or Christmas for example, please get in touch and tell us as much as you can about your idea here

Drop us a message to enquire, if we have flower availability and the time to create and deliver for you we won’t turn you away. We do offer a subscription service for local customers who would like regular (monthly) flower deliveries at non specific times each month. These can be booked online in blocks of x3, x6, x9 or x12 months.

Yes absolutely! Whether you’d like to create flower crowns on a hen do or table arrangements in your garden for a baby shower we’d love to teach you. Minimum group numbers will apply and workshops will be dependant on venue suitability and seasonal availability. Please don’t hesitate to get in contact here.

At the moment the studio is only able to offer local delivery for fresh floral items such as bouquets and seasonal wreaths. Dried commissions can be posted anywhere in the UK. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements further.
