Seasonal Flowers
Every stem we use is exclusively British grown year round and sourced as locally as possible.
Sustainable Design
All designs use either reusable or compostable mechanics, e.g. moss, wool, chicken wire & twine.
Mindful Materials
The use of single use plastics is always avoided: floral foam is never used, neither are dyed or bleached stems. All green waste is composted.
Ethos
At the heart of the studio is a focus on sustainability. Keeping the footprint of your flowers to a minimum is of utmost importance, so much so that Vanessa’s studio uses exclusively British grown stems year round. Choosing not to import flowers means your flowers go the distance only once we’ve set eyes on them and not before. Single use plastics such as floral foam are NEVER used and all designs make use of reusable or compostable mechanics. Green waste is always composted.
